Cloud, DevOps & Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and support production and non-production AWS environments including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and VPC
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and cost
• Automate cloud and deployment activities using Infrastructure as Code and scripting
• Own the operational support and continuous improvement of integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and other enterprise applications
• Investigate failures across APIs, authentication, data mappings, and event-driven processes
• Manage Salesforce deployments and maintain Git-based version control
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce releases
• Maintain architecture diagrams, integration inventories, and operational runbooks

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems integration
• Hands-on experience supporting production AWS environments (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Strong experience troubleshooting integrations across APIs, cloud services, and databases
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and Git-based source control
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK)
• Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash
• Sound understanding of monitoring, logging, cloud security, and disaster recovery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services
• Knowledge of AWS AppFlow, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, or API Gateway
• Experience with Salesforce Platform Events or Change Data Capture
• Familiarity with automated testing tools like Playwright
• Experience in EdTech or with Student Information Systems like Canvas
• Relevant AWS or Salesforce certifications
