Job description

Responsibilities

  • Implement AWS cloud standards for infrastructure, networking, and software components
  • Support automation, deployment, and CI/CD processes to improve developer experience
  • Maintain pattern libraries for Infrastructure as Code to enable self-service environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AWS security, performance, and scalability issues
  • Support monitoring, logging, and compliance measures for regulatory requirements
  • Participate in on-call rotation for internal developer services

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Services or developer tooling
  • 3+ years working with AWS technologies including PaaS offerings
  • 2+ years working with distributed systems
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as GitLab and GitHub
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
  • Experience enabling and troubleshooting containerized workloads in ECS, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes
  • At least one associate-level AWS certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with serverless technologies in AWS or GCP
  • Experience with multi-region deployments in AWS or GCP
  • Prior involvement in gathering developer feedback to guide DevEx improvements
