Job description
Responsibilities
- Implement AWS cloud standards for infrastructure, networking, and software components
- Support automation, deployment, and CI/CD processes to improve developer experience
- Maintain pattern libraries for Infrastructure as Code to enable self-service environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve AWS security, performance, and scalability issues
- Support monitoring, logging, and compliance measures for regulatory requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation for internal developer services
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Services or developer tooling
- 3+ years working with AWS technologies including PaaS offerings
- 2+ years working with distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as GitLab and GitHub
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
- Experience enabling and troubleshooting containerized workloads in ECS, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes
- At least one associate-level AWS certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serverless technologies in AWS or GCP
- Experience with multi-region deployments in AWS or GCP
- Prior involvement in gathering developer feedback to guide DevEx improvements
