Cloud Engineering Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, guide, coach, and mentor developers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align support work with business objectives
• Manage Jira workflows, issue tracking, and reporting
• Oversee task boards, backlog management, and workload planning
• Implement best practices, efficiency improvements, and new technologies
• Drive inter-team collaboration and accountability through goal setting and OKRs

Requirements

• Atlassian Jira experience including automation and reporting
• Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and professional conduct
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead or management experience
• 4+ years of experience building React web applications
• 4+ years of experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Serverless experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda)
• Experience with Python, UX, and AWS tools
• Familiarity with Bitbucket
