Cloud Infra Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Refine, harden, and extend the existing IaC framework using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Expand and standardize the Terraform module library with secure defaults and policy guardrails
• Build an AI-assisted self-service platform using MCP servers and agent skills for Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Automate change management by integrating deployment pipelines with ServiceNow
• Design self-service workflows and golden paths through Port.io
• Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines for infrastructure delivery
• Manage identity and access patterns through Microsoft Entra ID

Requirements

• Mastery-level Terraform and Terragrunt for managing infrastructure at scale
• Deep expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS services
• Experience with TFLint, linting, validation, and automated testing
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash
• Proven track record of designing reusable module libraries
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI coding assistants
• Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development
• Hands-on experience with Port.io or Backstage
• Experience with Policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel, Azure Policy) and security scanning (Checkov, tfsec)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, AKS, and Ansible
• Relevant certifications such as HashiCorp Terraform Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
