Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, optimization, and security of SaaS applications including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) policies, SSO, Microsoft Entra, and MFA
• Enforce Zero Trust principles, data protection policies, and disaster recovery plans
• Develop workflow automation using Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or APIs
• Deploy self-service IT solutions to enhance employee experience and reduce support overhead
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and HR teams on audit preparation and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support teams
• Monitor cloud-based workplace infrastructure and manage outages

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based workplace technology management or SaaS administration
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, and Microsoft Entra
• Hands-on experience with IT automation tools like PowerShell, Python, or Power Automate
• Proven ability to enforce Zero Trust security models
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zero Trust security architecture and AI-driven automation
• Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator, AWS Fundamentals, or Azure certifications
• Previous exposure to fintech or cryptocurrency industries
