Cloud Security Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in building comprehensive zero trust solutions encompassing users, applications, and infrastructure
• Manage delivery on all projects and commitments across the software development life cycle
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SecDevOps, CI/CD, rapid release, and end-to-end automation
• Manage, build, configure, and maintain all components of the SecDevOps environment
• Develop and maintain secure deployments to AWS and multi-cloud environments
• Design, configure, and support software build/deploy pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and GitLab
• Document security, configuration management, and build procedures
• Execute software scans, builds, and deployments across staged environments

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 7+ years of experience in software development and technical operations support
• Deep understanding of identity, authentication, SSO, workloads, networks, and SIEM/SOAR
• Experience with monolith and microservice architectures using Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency with Infrastructure Automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, ECS, EKS, and Fargate
• Expertise in Linux and shell scripting
• Familiarity with CI tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, npm, and GitHub Actions

Preferred Qualifications

• GovCon experience
• Technical lead experience
