Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create visual content for print, digital and social platforms aligned to brand strategy
- Produce promotional materials, operational collateral and guest experience assets
- Manage creative projects and timelines across cluster properties
- Maintain and update image and media libraries (photo, video, digital assets)
- Support regional events, campaigns and on-property activations
- Develop consistent brand identity across cluster properties
- Create email campaigns, web banners and digital marketing materials
- Perform quality checks and maintain a reference archive
- Attend client familiarization trips, events and activations as required
- Deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining luxury brand standards

- HTML/Dreamweaver
- Premiere Pro
- Photography
- Videography
- Project management
- Branding knowledge
- Hospitality experience
- Portfolio required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or premium retail
- Familiarity with email marketing and web banner production
