Responsibilities

  • Help define the product and commercial positioning for the AI voice-agent solution
  • Identify the strongest use cases for AI voice agents within the debt collection industry
  • Open doors to potential pilot customers and lead customer discovery sessions
  • Advise on industry-specific workflows, scripts, compliance constraints, and buyer expectations
  • Shape pricing, packaging, and the overall go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with the technical team to prioritize product features based on market needs

Requirements

  • Strong existing network in the debt collection or recovery market (agencies, banks, lenders, fintechs, or BPO/contact centers)
  • Proven ability to access decision-makers and secure potential pilot customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to navigate early-stage uncertainty
  • Commercially driven with a focus on securing first customers and revenue
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Willingness to work on an equity-only basis at this early stage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a debt collection executive or operations leader
  • Background in sales leadership selling into financial services or fintech
  • Experience as a founder or senior manager within a collection agency
  • Expertise in debt recovery software, CRM, diallers, or contact-center solutions
