Responsibilities

• Own membership growth from acquisition through retention across all program tiers
• Design community experiences including programming, events, and coaching integrations
• Manage organizational operations, budgets, and partnership development
• Drive brand and thought leadership through media, speaking, and strategic relationships
• Deliver revenue performance against membership and commission targets
• Collaborate with co-founders and the board of directors on strategy and scale

Requirements

• Executive coach with executive-level experience
• Experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or community building
• Proven entrepreneurial operating experience (building, selling, or launching ventures)
• Strong existing network of professional communities
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort owning revenue targets
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to operate autonomously
• Comfort with an equity-forward compensation structure
