Coach (passioné pédagogie) - AI x EdTech (Full remote - French fluent 🇫🇷)

Responsibilities

• Own the full learning experience architecture: design adaptive journeys, protocols, loops and membership flows.
• Craft premium course experiences end-to-end: scripting, copywriting, assets (videos, assessments, prompts) and launch-ready modules.
• Design and iterate AI conversations and coaching loops: write and optimize prompt chains and agent interactions.
• Define and measure transformation KPIs; run user research, analyze learner data and iterate for retention and impact.
• Work closely with coaches, designers, filmmakers and engineers to ensure cinematic, science-backed learning experiences.
