Coding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in German
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency in German
• Assess naturalness and correctness of German language usage
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, or systems programming
• Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly ("showing your work")
• Proficiency in software engineering topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and memory management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Real-world coding experience
• Technical writing experience in German
• Open-source contributions
