Cold Caller - UAE timezone (Project Based)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UAE prospects from a provided list.
• Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
• Update the CRM system with call outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Consistently meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
• Handle objections confidently and keep calls engaging.

Requirements

• Clear, natural English and Arabic accent
• Prior cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, professional phone manner
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work
• Ability to work during Australian business hours
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven
