Responsibilities
- Execute cold calls to identify potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Briefly present products or services to prospects
- Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients
- Follow up with prospects via calls and other channels
- Maintain updated records in the CRM
- Meet call volume and opportunity generation targets
- Research prospects prior to contact
- Handle objections and basic customer questions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience in cold calling or telephone prospecting
- Experience in lead generation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle objections
- Organization and activity follow-up skills
- Experience working with CRM
- Results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate English level (B2+)
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Experience with prospecting tools
- Basic knowledge of sales processes
