Responsibilities

  • Execute cold calls to identify potential clients
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Briefly present products or services to prospects
  • Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects via calls and other channels
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM
  • Meet call volume and opportunity generation targets
  • Research prospects prior to contact
  • Handle objections and basic customer questions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling or telephone prospecting
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Organization and activity follow-up skills
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate English level (B2+)
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Experience with prospecting tools
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes
