Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced PMHNPs treating low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients
• Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally permitted
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce clinical standards and responsible-prescribing protocols
• Be available during agreed working hours to support PMHNP shifts as required by state rules

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and remote care delivery
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
