Responsibilities
- Work on complex and strategic design challenges aimed at long-term value creation
- Use storytelling to communicate project meaning to diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams from various professional backgrounds

- Engage with different stakeholders across multiple projects
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Fluency in design thinking or human-centered design frameworks
- Ability to ideate, prototype, release, and iterate quickly
- Comfortable interacting in various environments (workshops, interviews, meetings)
- Confident communicator for expressing needs, thoughts, and concepts
- Optimistic attitude and ability to embrace ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and use new digital and physical tools
- Open-mindedness
- Critical thinking and creative output skills
