• Ability to ideate, prototype, release, and iterate quickly
• Comfortable interacting in various environments (workshops, interviews, meetings)
• Confident communicator for expressing needs, thoughts, and concepts
• Optimistic attitude and ability to embrace ambiguity
• Willingness to learn and use new digital and physical tools
