Collaborator Program

Responsibilities

• Partner with ATÖLYE on freelance projects tackling complex, meaningful challenges
• Collaborate on cross-disciplinary teams within experience design, architecture, learning design, project management, branding/marketing, and strategic design
• Participate in short-term or long-term project engagements
• Contribute to a values-driven creative community
• Embrace storytelling and design to create impact

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Fluency with frameworks such as design thinking or human-centered design
• Designerly approach: ideate, prototype, release, iterate
• Comfort in different settings: workshops, interviews, meetings
• Clear communication of needs, thoughts, and concepts
• Optimistic attitude; ability to embrace ambiguity
• Willingness to learn and use new digital/physical tools
• Open-mindedness
• Critical thinker, creative output
