Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with ATÖLYE on freelance projects tackling complex, meaningful challenges
- Collaborate on cross-disciplinary teams within experience design, architecture, learning design, project management, branding/marketing, and strategic design
- Participate in short-term or long-term project engagements
- Contribute to a values-driven creative community
- Embrace storytelling and design to create impact
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Fluency with frameworks such as design thinking or human-centered design
- Designerly approach: ideate, prototype, release, iterate
- Comfort in different settings: workshops, interviews, meetings
- Clear communication of needs, thoughts, and concepts
- Optimistic attitude; ability to embrace ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and use new digital/physical tools
- Open-mindedness
- Critical thinker, creative output
