Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls to address delinquent loan payments
  • Negotiate and execute effective payment arrangements following specific call flows
  • Resolve customer concerns and complex issues related to late payments with empathy
  • Communicate implications of overdue payments and offer financial resolution assistance
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and payment plans in the database

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume debt collections
  • Proficiency in active listening and de-escalation techniques
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance policy with empathy
  • High level of self-management for remote work environments
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure
