Responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won
  • Drive outbound strategy by identifying high-potential targets and building sequences
  • Maintain a healthy top-of-funnel of 50–100 active prospects
  • Conduct compelling product demos for property managers across European markets
  • Feed frontline insights back to EMEA leadership and product teams
  • Collaborate with international sales colleagues and navigate time-zone differences via async communication

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound, full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email sequencing, and creative prospecting
  • Exceptional listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate learnings
  • Fluency in English (native or professional proficiency)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Gong
  • Based in Europe and able to work primarily in UK/CET business hours
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in the Short-Term Rental industry
  • Multi-lingual proficiency (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, or French)
  • Experience selling into UK markets
  • SaaS startup experience
  • Experience with Dynamic Pricing, Revenue Management, or Market Data software
