Responsibilities

• Lead commercial legal support for EMEA customer relationships
• Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and AI-related terms
• Partner with go-to-market teams to structure deals and balance risk
• Serve as a key advisor on European data protection and privacy frameworks (GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, NIS2, EU AI Act)
• Oversee data protection compliance programs, including DPIAs, ROPA maintenance, and DSARs
• Support privacy-by-design initiatives across product and engineering workflows
• Monitor evolving AI and data regulations across the EU and UK
• Build scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and self-service tools

Requirements

• Strong experience in European data protection law
• Strong experience in commercial technology transactions
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver clear, business-oriented guidance
