Job description

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on GTM/Sales transactions and enterprise customer contracts in EMEA
  • Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams to support high-growth go-to-market initiatives
  • Monitor and interpret evolving European legal and regulatory developments, including data protection and AI-related frameworks
  • Develop and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams to enable responsible growth

Requirements

  • Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction
  • 5+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, preferably in-house within technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
  • Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
