# Commercial Counsel - MENA

## Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organizations.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the general digital asset space, including anything from fiat ramps to marketing agreements.
- Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents.
- Work closely and in harmony with product, operations, admin and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally.
- Monitor, interpret and provide updates on developments in the digital asset space in MENA.
- Help uplift and train our junior lawyers.

## Requirements

- 3-6 years PQE, with direct experience in loan/finance transactions gained from a global law firm or well-regarded in-house organization.
- Strong understanding and experience with drafting and analyzing commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with MENA legal frameworks, particularly in UAE and Bahrain.
