Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality commercial landscaping leads through targeted prospecting and research
  • Identify key decision makers including property managers, HOA boards, and facility directors
  • Build and maintain organized prospect lists by property type, location, and ownership
  • Drive outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to create a repeatable sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with onsite sales teams and estimators to ensure proposals are delivered within a 72-hour standard
  • Manage the "Cold Quote System" by proactively identifying properties and coordinating maintenance reviews
  • Maintain strict CRM discipline, tracking all touchpoints, bid cycles, and follow-up tasks
  • Meet aggressive weekly activity targets including property research, new prospects, and outbound touches

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total professional experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based clients or businesses
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, property management, or related field services
  • Proven experience managing high-volume outbound activity (100+ touches per week)
  • Professional business-level English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work during core U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in commercial landscaping sales or maintenance contract sales
  • Experience working with HOAs, multifamily properties, or commercial real estate groups
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or industry-specific tools like Jobber or Aspire
  • Experience building sales processes or outbound sequences from scratch

  • Base compensation of 1,250 USD per month
  • High performance potential with additional compensation opportunities exceeding 2,000 USD per month
