Commercial Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and iterate on AI agents and automated workflows to optimize commercial vertical site performance
• Act as the primary operational owner of the AI and automation layer powering commercial processes
• Design and deploy operational workflows that reduce manual effort and improve output quality
• Lead the full development lifecycle for commercial agents, from problem definition to prompt architecture and deployment
• Establish QA processes and human review layers for all AI-driven outputs
• Monitor agent performance and iterate based on commercial data and stakeholder feedback
• Generate and present operational KPI reports using AI-assisted tooling

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping AI agents into a live production environment
• Experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
• Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of the agent development lifecycle
• Proficiency with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, Lovable, or n8n
• Experience designing prompt architecture and integrating agents with external APIs and data sources
• Ability to establish QA frameworks and performance benchmarks for automated outputs
• Strong commercial judgment to prioritize automation based on revenue impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate, iGaming, media, or performance marketing sectors
• Experience building multi-step, multi-tool agent architectures
• Familiarity with competitor analysis methodologies
