Commercial Operations & Sales Support Graduate

Responsibilities

• Drive follow-ups with multiple teams to keep deliverables, deadlines, and leadership requests on track
• Coordinate across different countries and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
• Support the preparation of presentations using PowerPoint and reporting/analysis using Excel
• Join meetings, track action items, and capture key notes
• Support sales and service teams with coordination needs and timely information flow
• Provide light executive support including calendar coordination, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics
• Handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-moving commercial environment

Requirements

• Emirati national holding a Family Book and registered (or able to register) in NAFIS
• Post-2024 university graduate with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, IT, Finance, or Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong ownership, follow-up mindset, and organizational skills
• Excellent time-management and high emotional intelligence
