Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize project financial results including revenue, cost, gross profit, and cash flow
• Conduct regular project forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Ensure accuracy of project books and records and maintain commercial documentation
• Manage project guarantees, bonds, project insurance, and foreign currency risks
• Act as a key user or data steward for ERP/SAP system implementation
• Analyze customer requirements and examine commercial and contractual feasibility
• Manage supplier and subcontractor invoice certification and payment processing
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and opportunities
• Manage the entire change order and claim management process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-7 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager handling complex projects
• Demonstrated experience with ERP/SAP systems
• Proven experience with project management methods and business processes
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and contract management
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
