Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and propose tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and perform property inspections
- Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including negotiations and lease drafting
- Coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders to close transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and developers
- Prepare market analysis, reports and client presentations
- Advise clients on financial considerations, operating costs and investment returns
- Use CRM to track interactions and manage leads
- Monitor zoning laws, market changes and emerging trends
