Commercial Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and propose tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and perform property inspections
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including negotiations and lease drafting
• Coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders to close transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and developers
• Prepare market analysis, reports and client presentations
• Advise clients on financial considerations, operating costs and investment returns
• Use CRM to track interactions and manage leads
• Monitor zoning laws, market changes and emerging trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years' experience
• Commercial RE experience
• Dubai market knowledge
• Communication skills
