Commercial Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate suitable properties
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes including negotiations and drafting agreements
• Develop relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers
• Prepare market analysis, reports, and presentations regarding investment opportunities
• Guide clients on financial considerations such as leasing options and operating costs
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads
• Stay updated on local zoning laws and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and financial reports
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
