Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Manage end-to-end leasing and transaction processes, including negotiations, lease drafting, and coordination with legal teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and developers to facilitate successful deals.
  • Prepare market analysis, reports, and client presentations on trends and investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on financial considerations including leasing options, operating costs, and expected returns.
  • Track client interactions and leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed on local zoning, regulations, and market developments affecting commercial property decisions.
