Commercial Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties.
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordination with legal teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate transactions.
• Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Advise clients on financial considerations including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns.
• Use CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads.
• Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends affecting client decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years experience
• Dubai market knowledge
• Excellent communication
• Strong negotiation
• Analytical skills
• CRM proficiency
• MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate license or certification
• Experience with luxury commercial assets
• UAE driving license
• Multilingual (English + Arabic advantageous)
• Proven track record closing commercial deals in Dubai
