Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate suitable properties
  • Manage end-to-end leasing processes including negotiations and lease agreements
  • Develop relationships with landlords, investors, and developers to facilitate transactions
  • Prepare market analysis and reports on trends and investment opportunities
  • Guide clients on financial considerations including leasing options and returns
  • Track client interactions and manage leads through CRM systems
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws and market changes affecting client decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven deal-closing ability
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and financial reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms
