Responsibilities As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. You will conduct market research, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to help clients achieve their property investment goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and trends specific to the UAE.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driver's license.
• Real Estate certification is preferred.
