Commercial & Strategy Leaders - Relocation to UAE

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and P&L for Careem's Everything App in the Middle East
• Shape and execute strategic initiatives to drive regional growth and market impact
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to realize organizational and commercial goals
• Utilize experience from startups, e-commerce, or tech-driven companies to guide business decisions

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in commercial, P&L, or strategy leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving impactful results in fast-paced environments
• Ability and willingness to relocate to the UAE
• Deep understanding of the Middle East market dynamics
• Eligibility to work in the UAE or willingness to obtain legal right to do so

• Experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce, or technology sectors
• Values-driven leadership style with a passion for regional impact
• Prior experience managing diverse teams across regions
