Commission Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales commission data and generate accurate commission reports
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align commission plans with business objectives
• Modify and improve existing commission calculation and reporting processes
• Investigate and resolve commission disputes or discrepancies
• Provide support to sales teams and payroll regarding commission inquiries
• Maintain commission documentation and implement new plans as needed
• Interact with leaders and stakeholders regarding commission payments and issues
• Manage the commission process independently under tight payroll deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commission analysis or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large, non-centralized datasets
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
• Familiarity with financial and accounting practices
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm MST
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
