Communications and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies for Mexico
• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns based on insights, social media, and paid platforms
• Implement digital ads and social media paid campaigns
• Identify real-time cultural trends and opportunities to create high-impact communications
• Experiment with TikTok and other emerging platforms to expand organizational reach
• Build and optimize lead generation and email nurturing strategies
• Monitor and analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align marketing strategies with organizational priorities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge of web user experience, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in content creation and performance analysis
• Ability to travel and cover events for real-time content generation
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of English
• Interest or experience in creative writing for digital content or animal welfare topics
