Communications & Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and evolution of visual identity across all communication channels
• Develop and maintain branded templates, design assets, and visual guidelines
• Design high-quality digital and print materials including brochures, reports, and social media assets
• Lead the visual design and continuous improvement of websites and digital platforms
• Coordinate external designers, agencies, and creative suppliers
• Translate complex information into compelling visual concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design
• Demonstrated experience in brand development and visual identity management
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of branding and UX/UI principles
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using UX/UI design tools like Figma
• Experience in sustainability, non-profit, or purpose-driven sectors
• Ability to speak additional languages
