Communications Manager (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Communications & Head of Policy and Government Affairs to create and implement communications plans.
• Coordinate with agency partners to monitor media, spotting opportunities and emerging issues for proactive/reactive response.
• Organize partnerships, public meetings, and presentations.
• Manage day-to-day workflows and deliverables of the PR agency.
• Collaborate on monthly, quarterly, and annual communications plans and reports.
• Liaise regularly with Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Retail, and Policy to keep communications aligned with business goals.
• Develop and review content for both external and internal channels, including press releases, talking points, executive messaging, and newsletters.
• Support Deliveroo’s CSR and community programs, including coordination with NGOs, government entities, and internal departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in communications or related fields (agency experience required)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (fluency essential)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Corporate and consumer communications experience
• Understanding of UAE/GCC media landscape and contacts (advantage)
• Hands-on execution, solutions-oriented
• UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
