Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate communications strategies into concrete activities and implementation plans
• Coordinate communication initiatives across functions and regions
• Develop, write and edit content for website, social media, and newsletters
• Coordinate production and publication with Digital, Content and Design colleagues
• Develop work plans, timelines, and briefs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or International Relations
• At least 3 years of professional experience in communications
• Experience in digital communication, ideally within international, sustainability, or development sectors
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Ability to work independently in multicultural teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Proficiency in additional languages
