Responsibilities

  • Research relevant conversations, questions, and user needs on Reddit and Quora
  • Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value to users
  • Manage Think Academy's subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation
  • Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant communities
  • Track content performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate emerging online communities and develop tailored engagement strategies

Requirements

  • At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills
  • Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs
  • Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong ownership of projects and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or growing a branded subreddit
  • Familiarity with K-12 education or parent-focused content
  • Experience with community analytics, organic growth, or SEO
