Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies to grow player communities and increase loyalty
  • Plan and deliver campaigns, competitions, and events to drive interaction
  • Monitor community sentiment across Telegram and other player touchpoints
  • Analyze feedback and trends to provide actionable recommendations
  • Produce regular reports on community health and engagement performance
  • Test and develop new content formats and engagement mechanics
  • Support and guide Community Moderators to ensure consistent communication

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, engagement marketing, or social media
  • Proven track record running community initiatives or campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing online communities, specifically Telegram
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting engagement metrics and sentiment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, or CRM teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or tech
  • Experience managing communities on Discord or Reddit
  • Familiarity with community analytics or social listening tools
  • Additional language skills in Malay or Chinese
