Community Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a global Nibiru community presence across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
• Organize and lead community events that deepen connections and drive engagement
• Identify and elevate key community contributors to accelerate ecosystem growth
• Promote positive interactions and reward valuable behavior within the community
• Serve as a visible, optimistic voice for Nibiru through proactive engagement and creative content

Requirements

• Proven track record leading community projects in L1 blockchains, DeFi, or NFT ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience managing Web3 communities and executing growth strategies
• Deep familiarity with Nibiru's blockchain technology, stakeholders, and ecosystem projects
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
• Comprehensive understanding of current Web3 trends and market dynamics
