Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region, focusing on North African markets.
• Engage with the community on diverse social media platforms and create relationship-building content.
• Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
• Promote the Binance brand and deliver excellent customer service to community members.
• Create, translate, and proofread community-related content, especially for Arabic, English, and French-speaking markets.
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to expand the user base and increase awareness.
• Moderate regional Binance social media and chat groups, increasing positive engagement.
• Share market and user feedback and suggestions with functional teams.

Requirements

• Crypto & Binance enthusiast with hands-on experience using Binance’s products (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, NFT, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminology and trends, with genuine interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT)
• Experience creating and curating social media content
• Familiarity with social channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord
• Experience defining KPIs, delivering reports, and collaborative empowerment to achieve targets
• Proven community or event management experience, strong ownership, and high emotional intelligence
• Experience launching community initiatives (online forums, ambassador programs, event series, email newsletters)
• Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to engage the crypto community
• Fluent in English and Arabic; fluency in French is an advantage
