Bolt.new is a next-gen, AI-powered app builder that helps you create, edit, and deploy full-stack web and mobile apps instantly.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and run the community ambassador program end-to-end
• Spot power users and build direct relationships to create pathways to advocacy
• Curate and grow a library of high-quality community build artifacts like starter apps and templates
• Own the community ecosystem, including structure, moderation, and channel architecture
• Represent the voice of the community in cross-functional conversations with Product and Engineering
• Identify user struggles and define community-driven education priorities
• Track community health and engagement metrics to guide decision-making

Requirements

• Proven track record in building and scaling B2B and B2C online communities
• Direct experience designing and running community ambassador or advocacy programs
• Experience managing large communities (10K+ members) with moderation systems and bots
• Experience with artifact, template, or marketplace ecosystems
• Strong product instinct and enthusiasm for AI and web development
• Excellent written communication and editorial judgment
• Data literacy for tracking and interpreting engagement metrics
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Product, Design, or Engineering
• Familiarity with the AI coding tools ecosystem
• Experience building or managing a creator program or marketplace
