About the Company

Community Phone is fixing the broken system of aging in America. We built a simple phone with AI-powered check-in calls and a family app to provide peace of mind for families caring for seniors. We are a remote-first company backed by Y Combinator and other top-tier investors.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and own the customer newsletter and other community touchpoints
  • Manage organic social presence on Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram
  • Mobilize communities around caregiving and senior safety
  • Own and scale end-to-end referral programs to turn word-of-mouth into a growth machine
  • Analyze engagement metrics and social network growth

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in community, social, or content marketing with channel ownership
  • Strong copywriting skills capable of creating emotional, shareable messages
  • Understanding of how content spreads within 50+ or caregiver communities
  • Hands-on design sense for creating organic content
  • Analytical mindset to set goals and track performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to older adults, caregivers, or their families
