Community Manager

About the Company

Flipper is the creator of Flipper Zero, a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. The team is currently expanding into new products including Flipper One, an ARM-based Linux computer, and BUSY Bar, a smart productivity multi-tool.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve moderation processes together with volunteer moderators
• Develop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooks
• Engage with users across Reddit and Discord to maintain healthy discussions
• Collect structured product feedback and share actionable insights with the product team
• Organize community initiatives to increase engagement across all channels

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Russian
• Experience managing online communities on platforms like Reddit or Discord
• Experience building engagement within online communities
• Ability to communicate with empathy and remain calm in difficult situations
• Genuine interest in technology and consumer products

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with hardware-focused products
