Responsibilities

  • Respond to comments and inquiries to provide timely engagement across social media and other platforms
  • Work within a team of Community Managers and coordinate with helper and volunteer teams
  • Collect bug reports and pass clear, actionable information to the development team
  • Respond to store reviews professionally to maintain the company's image
  • Create engaging content including posts, news, memes, and social media ideas

Requirements

  • Experience working with gaming communities and an understanding of their specific dynamics
  • Fluency in both Russian and English with strong writing skills
  • Ability to document bugs and communicate effectively with developers
  • Ability to ramp up quickly with a solid understanding of community management principles
  • Experience with shooter games is a plus
