Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and moderate the Immunefi Discord server to ensure an active and welcoming environment
• Manage Zendesk support queues and resolve inbound tickets from security researchers
• Create engaging community content including FAQs, tutorials, and announcements
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation or AI tools to improve workflows
• Track and report on support metrics such as response times and resolution rates
• Develop initiatives to attract new ethical hackers to the platform
• Monitor community health and present engagement insights to management

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing online communities in the crypto or Web3 space
• Hands-on experience with Discord moderation and tooling
• Experience managing support queues using Zendesk or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements independently
• Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or automation
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker Studio
• Ability to overlap 4+ hours with EU business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cybersecurity or bug bounty roles
• Knowledge of the Web3 security ecosystem
• Creative approach to engaging technical communities
