Through its advanced technology, called people magic, Mighty helps the members of those networks build relationships with each other by surfacing the most relevant and interesting connections.

Responsibilities

• Join the onboarding process for new Mighty Pro Hosts to learn brand voice and audience
• Set up and manage community, online courses, challenges, and events
• Execute monthly themes, weekly activity calendars, and daily engagement activities
• Create high-quality content including newsletters, educational resources, and member spotlights
• Welcome new members and provide exceptional support and issue resolution
• Support live events and challenges by coordinating logistics and real-time moderation
• Monitor analytics to maintain high engagement and surface insights
• Provide ongoing communication and reporting to Community Strategists and Hosts

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and content creation
• Experience in community management
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone and style
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple networks simultaneously
• Understanding of analytics and a data-driven approach to community health
• Confidence participating in and hosting community calls
