Responsibilities

  • Own content strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram by planning, packaging, and posting content.
  • Grow and nurture the community by establishing brand tone and engagement rituals.
  • Act as the front-line voice in comments and DMs to turn commenters into active users.
  • Coordinate with UGC creators to amplify their content and manage the social presence.
  • Provide feedback to growth and product teams based on audience sentiment and trends.

Requirements

  • Native English fluency with a strong sense of tone and timing.
  • Proven experience growing social media channels or online communities.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and skilled in short-form video creation.
  • Knowledge of personal finance topics.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) industries.
  • Experience coordinating creators or managing UGC engines.
