Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the community Slack, including setting norms, channels, and culture
• Coordinate across customer support, engineering, and product teams to route issues and push community needs into the roadmap
• Organize events such as founder AMAs, build-alongs, office hours, and power-user roundtables
• Manage the wider community footprint including Reddit, Trustpilot, and G2
• Develop onboarding flows, welcome sequences, and recognition programs to activate users
• Act as an early-warning system by relaying user feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team
• Build and manage an ambassador or champion program
• Turn community stories and workflows into content for marketing and case studies

Requirements

• Proven experience running a community (Slack, Discord, forum, or subreddit) for a B2B SaaS, dev tools, or AI product
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Technically curious with the ability to understand technical workflows and AI-native concepts
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-ownership, low-process environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standing up a community function from scratch
• Experience moderating subreddits or running review-generation campaigns on G2 or Trustpilot
• Experience running ambassador or champion programs that impacted real metrics
• Experience growing grassroots community-led events like meetups or user groups
• Experience working with technical buyers such as developers, operations, or marketers
