The Community Manager role involves building and maintaining a positive and engaged Web3 gaming community, managing Discord operations, fostering growth and engagement, overseeing customer service, and developing community strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Game7 Discord events and daily operations.
  • Lead growth and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee customer service on Discord.
  • Coordinate a team of moderators.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and the core team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Community Management in the Web3 space.
  • Knowledge of Discord and community management tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
